Pokevault Boca collects only the information needed to fulfill your order — name, contact details, and shipping address. We never sell your data. Payment details are processed securely by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
Refund Policy
Sealed, unopened items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Graded slabs and opened collectibles are final sale. If an order arrives damaged or misrepresented, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Shipping Policy
